Frequently Asked Questions

Does Christ Community Church have dress code?

You’re welcome to come in any clothes you feel comfortable in.

What are the services like and how long do they last?

Services last about 1 hour and consist of singing, a sermon and prayer. We also offer communion on the second Sunday of each month. Our worship songs range from contemporary hits to traditional hymns. You are welcome to sing along or just enjoy the music if that makes you more comfortable. The sermons are typically about 30 minutes and during that time we explore the Bible, our faith, and ways we can apply the message to our lives.

Please join us for coffee after the service too!

Am I required to donate money?

Nope! We collect an offering during each service, which you may donate at your own discretion; however, Christ Community Church is free to attend!

Will I have to participate in communion?

No, communion is not mandatory and you may choose your own level of participation.  At Christ Community Church, we serve open communion, which means you do not have to be a member to partake.  However we ask that when participating you acknowledge Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.  Children can also participate in receiving the elements, at the discretion of the parents/guardians.

Should I bring my kids?

Absolutely! Christ Community Church is a family-friendly and welcoming environment for people of all ages. We provide Sunday school for the kids grades 1-6, and a nursery is available for families of little ones.
